Huge announcement involving Marchand and McAvoy was made and it's surprising
The Boston Bruins will be represented on the international stage once more in 2025.
There's been an announcement by the team, that Captain Brad Marchand and Alternate Captain Charlie McAvoy will be competing internationally.
They will be taking part in the Four-Nations Face-Off, which includes rosters of NHL players from four different countries:
The NHL 4 Nations Face-Off is an ice hockey tournament scheduled to take place on February 1220, 2025, in Montreal, at the Bell Centre, and in Boston, at TD Garden. Hosted by the National Hockey League and featuring only NHL players, the 4 Nations Face-Off will replace the NHL's annual All-Star Game for 2025
Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy will however go head-to-head as both will join their respective countries in 2025.
Rosters have been officially announced and both will be representing the USA and Canada in the tournament.

According to NHLers like Sidney Crosby:

You're going to see the best of the best during the tournament and who is to disagree with them, as the Bruins get represented on the World Stage.
Not to mention, a benefit of the tournament, is that Bostonians will be able to see three games during the month of February on the 17th.
Boston will host three games: We get a doubleheader on Feb. 17, with Canada vs. Finland and
Sweden vs. the United States. The championship game will be Feb. 20.
"I mean, the crowds are going to be great," Hughes said. "It's going to be just amazing for the sport to see that level of competition that we haven't seen in eight years since the World Cup. Personally, I think the League's never been in a better spot with the skill and talent that is out there right now, so it should be really exciting."
You won't have to go far to see Brad Marchand and Charlie McAvoy playing their best, they'll be right in Beantown in February.
