With the off-season here, there are some rumours that the Ottawa Senators being heavily interested in Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark.
There were a lot of rumours about Ullmark being traded at the deadline, but his NTC caused the Bruins to not be able to complete a deal. It seems the Bruins are still trying to explore some of those options this off-season.
A Ottawa Senators reporter Bruce Garrioch reported that the Senators are still really interested in Linus Ullmark, although they failed to get a deal in place prior to the trade deadline this year.
It's clear the Ottawa Senators are lacking in the goaltending department and Linus Ullmark would be the perfect fit.
Garrioch also reported that the Senators might have to package defenseman Jakob Chychrun along with a first-round pick and something else to acquire Linus Ullmark.
With this report it looks like the Boston Bruins are looking for a hefty return package to trade Linus Ullmark, but you aren't getting an average goaltender, you are getting a really good starting goaltender who won the Vezina Trophy last year.
Do you think the Bruins are asking for too much for Linus Ullmark?
