The Providence Bruins are down 2-0 in their AHL playoffs series against Hartford Wolf Pack and now they may be without one of their top players.
Suspendible Hit?
After just leaving the penalty box, Lysell gets the puck and as he passes the puck off, gets blindsided up high by a Wolf Pack defender.
According to reports, Boston's top prospect was down on the ice for some time, and was bleeding from somewhere on his face.

And the slo-mo angle shows just how dangerous the hit was:
As per Mark Allred of Black N' Gold, Lysell left for the Bruins locker room after the play, and there has been no update on his condition as of yet.
Stay tuned!
