It just became official for Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark and the New Jersey Devils.

A trade was just announced by the New Jersey Devils who traded for goaltender Jacob Markstrom.

The #Flames have traded goaltender Jacob Markstrom to #njdevils.

Working on details

Boston Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark had a lot of rumours surrounding him and the Devils, but this means either the Bruins couldn't come to a deal with the Devils, they are working on a better deal, or Ullmark had them on his no-trade clause.

The return for Jacob Markstrom is 23-year old defenseman Kevin Bahl and their first-round pick in 2025 as Darren Dreger reported.

Markstrom to the Devils. In return Calgary gets 23 year old Dman Kevin Bahl and a 1st round pick in 2025

This trade happening is massive for the Boston Bruins as it now sets the tone for what the Bruins could get in return for Ullmark, who unlike Jacob Markstrom won the Vezina Trophy last year.

Do you think the Boston Bruins will get a similar return to what the Calgary Flames got?

As seen on Hockeyfeed -
Jacob Markstrom has been traded!
