The Boston Bruins need to shake up the lineup, as the B's in their current form are performing up to par.

They need to look outside of Boston if players like Matthew Poitras, and Fabian Lysell don't push the needle.

It's as hame that neither Jim Montgomery nor Don Sweeney could utilize either prospect to bolster the lineup. But their solutions could come from an NHL team that has gritty forwards, thanks to the leadership of John Tortorella.

There are two Flyers who Don Sweeney should target.

Joel Farabee has seen his time in Philadelphia was considered to be a top-six forward. But under John Tortorella has seen himself in the doghouse often, as he doesn't seem to have Tortorella's trust.

He could use a change of scenery, where he can finally explore his true potential as a dynamic winger in Boston.

The No. 14 pick in the 2018 NHL Draft put up excellent scoring numbers in the junior ranks and college hockey before turning pro. He is a terrific skater who can blow past opposing defensemen. Coaches love his hockey IQ and leadership qualities. His biggest issue figures to be a lack of strength; he will have to add quite a bit of muscle to compete consistently at the NHL level.

Last season despite the often promotion and demotion between lines, he managed to score 22 goals and 50 points in 82 games. This season he currently has 7 points( 3 G, 4 A) in 17 games and is currently a fixture on the 2nd line with Scott Laughton.

Another forward who in the past has seen time in Tortorella's doghouse is Morgan Frost. He's been in the NHL a short time, but is capable of being utilized on special teams, and has the capability of being a top-six forward in the NHL.

His contract will expire next offseason and will be an RFA. He still has plenty of potential not explored thanks to Tortorella's archaic offensive systems.

Frost has scored at least 40+ points the last two seasons and could be an upgrade from players like Charlie Coyle, and Pavel Zacha who aren't performing up to par.

. His situation raises questions about his long-term future with the team, especially after being scratched in a recent game. If the Flyers decide he isn't part of their rebuilding plans, they could capitalize on his potential trade value.
