Speaking on 92.9 The Ticket's "The Morning Roast," Swayman emphasized his dedication to the Bruins and his love for wearing the Spoked-B emblem. Despite their elimination in the opening round of the Stanley Cup playoffs against the Florida Panthers, Swayman remains optimistic about the future, highlighting the incredible camaraderie among his teammates and the unwavering support from the fanbase.

He believes the experience gained this season will fuel their motivation during the summer, as they strive to achieve their ultimate goal in the upcoming season.

A notable connection for Swayman is his shared background with Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery, as both played college hockey for the University of Maine. Swayman appreciates the special bond they have as former Black Bears and values the opportunity to interact with such an esteemed figure on a daily basis.

He also mentioned the strong presence of University of Maine alumni among the Boston crowd, with their jerseys proudly on display during games, illustrating the wide-reaching support of the Black Bear fanbase.
