The Minnesota Wild announced that they signed veteran goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury to a two-year, $7 million contract, with an AAV of $3.5 million on Thursday.
The signing seemed to disappoint their other goaltender Cam Talbot, who was their main starter before Fleury came over at last year's trade deadline.
However, it appears that Minnesota's general manager Bill Guerin doesn't care how Talbot and his agent, George Bazos, feel about the goaltending situation.
Guerin continued:
'' that's the way it goes. We can have all the discussions we want. Cam's a member of our team. We really like Cam. All we're trying to do is win.''
