It's reported that the Seattle Kraken have made their decision on whether Shane Wright will be playing for Canada at the World Juniors.
As per TSN's Darren Dreger:
Shane Wright is expected to report to Moncton and team Canada tomorrow.
It seems like a no-brainer for the Kraken to let him go represent his country and most likely dominate at the World Juniors.
Even though Wright scored his first NHL goal last night, he has also been healthy scratched or in the AHL.
The only risk is injury to a top prospect that could help one of your pro teams.
