It's reported that two restricted free agents will not be given qualifying offers from the Chicago Blackhawks.
As per The Athletic's Mark Lazerus:
''Hearing the Blackhawks will not tender a qualifying offer to RFA Dominik Kubalik. No surprise there. It's been presumed for months that Dylan Strome won't receive one, either.'' The Boston Bruins have been linked to Dylan Strome, who collected 22 goals and 26 assists in 69 games last season.
Kubalik had a down year of just 15 goals and 17 assists, after a 30 goal campaign in his rookie season in 2019-20.
