Veteran UFA Sam Gagner finds a new home

Veteran unrestricted free agent forward Sam Gagner has officially chosen his next NHL destination.
CapFriendly Transactions was the first to break the news.
As per Winnipeg Jets PR:
'' The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have agreed to terms with forward Sam Gagner on a one-year contract with an average annual value in the NHL of $750,000.''
The 33-year-old played 81 games with the Detroit Red Wings last season and recorded 13 goals and 18 assists.
The London, Ontario native has appeared in 967 career games for the Red Wings, Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Philadelphia Flyers, and Arizona Coyotes. He has recorded 184 goals and 321 assists.
He was originally selected sixth overall by the Oilers in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
