There was lots of movement in junior hockey today and one of the moves involved a top Boston Bruins prospect.
The OHL trade deadline is coming up and teams are making their playoff push which saw a flurry of moves.
2017 Boston Bruins second round pick, Jake Studnicka got caught up in the action as the Oshawa Generals sent Studnicka to the Niagara Ice Dogs.
It was a pretty crazy trade, check out the details below:
Niagara trades defenceman Lleyton Moore, 3 x 2nd Round Draft Selections, 3 x 3rd Round Draft Selections to Oshawa for Jack Studnicka (C) and Matt Brassard (D).
Studnicka registered four points in five games for Team Canada at the World Juniors and has registered 34 points in 30 games so far for the Oshawa Generals this season in the OHL before he was moved to Niagara.
He's been labeled by many as the Bruins top prospect.
