Team Canada came out with a bang in more ways than one last night in their game against Team Czechia.
Canada was looking to remain perfect, as Czechia was giving them a run for their money early in this one. Columbus Blue Jackets prospect Kent Johnson scored the goal of the tournament with ''The Michigan'' to break a 1-1 tie, and the Canadians never looked back.
New York Rangers prospect Brennan Othmann also made his case for the hit of the tournament in the third period last night. Early in the third, Othmann laid a huge hit on 2022 sixth overall pick by the Blue Jackets, defenseman David Jiricek.
