Don Cherry, renowned NHL figure and former CBC broadcaster, has shared the sad news of the passing of his dear friend and former Hockey Night in Canada producer, Ron Harrison.
The partnership between Harrison and Cherry spanned many decades at CBC, and it's widely acknowledged that Harrison played a pivotal role in securing Cherry's autonomy with the network's higher-ups.
