GOTTA SEE IT: Jake DeBrusk makes a trade with a fan (VIDEO)

The interactions between hockey fans and NHL players are what makes this game truly great.
After two years of a pandemic, it's clear to see how crucial fans are to the players and how much a difference they make to them.
One fan at the Boston Bruins and Buffalo Sabres game had quite the wager for one lucky Bruins player. During warmup, the fan had a sign that read, "I haven't missed a home game this season. Game number 48 of 48. Can I get a stick?" She also had some sort of snack in her hand that she was willing to trade.
Jake DeBrusk was the Bruins' player who was willing to honour her trade request and threw a stick over the boards for her. In turn, she threw the treat over, and DeBrusk skated it back to the bench for later.
