From the beginning of Monday night's game in Tampa, it looked like the Boston Bruins were going to be run out of the building by the Lightning. They gave up the first nine shots of the game and didn't record their first until eight minutes in.

The Bruins rallied in the second period, however, with two goals in 31 seconds and a third by Brad Marchand, which also happened to be Patrice Bergeron's 1000th point with an assist.

Boston improves to 17-2-0 on the season and stays ahead of the second-place New Jersey Devils (16-3-0), while Tampa Bay sees their record fall to a 11-7-1.
