Since last season's trade deadline, Arizona Coyotes defenseman Jakob Chychrun has been viewed as a top trade candidate. However, it appears that the market is now as hot as it's ever been.
According to TSN's Darren Dreger, as the regular season approaches, trade interest is ''intensifying'' Chychrun. Although Arizona expects a big return, they reportedly have ''softened'' their ask.
Some of the teams listed by Dreger with interest include the Ottawa Senators, Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, Los Angeles Kings, St. Louis Blues, and the Columbus Blue Jackets (and more).
Though the asking price has reportedly lowered in recent months, the Coyotes are still hoping to receive a first-round pick and prospect(s) in return.
