Legendary enforcer John Scott hints at possibility of returning to the NHL
Legendary enforcer John Scott hinted at his potential return to the NHL.
John Scott is the host of the popular hockey podcast Droppin' the Gloves and on his recent episode he hinted at the possibility of making a return to the NHL.
What Scott said on his recent episode:
You know where else you might see us? San Jose fans, keep an eye out for this. Should I mention it? It might not be public. I shouldn't say it yet. I am going to save it, but keep an eye out in San Jose for me.
- John Scott
Although it hasn't been ruled out yet, there isn't a high chance he comes back to the NHL as a player does he?
John Scott is now 41-years old and has been out of the NHL for almost a decade, the chances of him making an NHL roster is slim, even with how bad the San Jose Sharks are.
It seems like he will be taking on some kind of role within the organization whether it be as a coach or some kind of executive role.
Do you think John Scott will return to the NHL as a player?
