New York Rangers forward Mika Zibanejad has turned into quite the all-star in the NHL. The 29-year-old is coming off a career-high 81 points (29 goals and 52 assists) in the 2021-22 season and started off this year even better.
In the North American regular-season opener, the Sweded scored two goals to help the Rangers defeat the Tampa Bay Lightning 3-1. His second was a one-timer blast on the powerplay, but his first of the night was a very early ''Goal of the Year'' candidate while on the penalty kill.
