MUST-SEE: Commentator fired on the spot for racist remark during BCHL game (VIDEO)

Racism doesn't belong anywhere in the world, including in sports. Over the past few years, the hockey world has seen an abundance of men and women coming out and telling their stories of being ridiculed because of their skin colour. Even with the fight against it, racism is still in all sports, including hockey.

The incident happened in the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL), which is a Junior A hockey league in the province of British Columbia in Canada and is the country's number one route for young players to get to the NCAA.

During a game on April 21st between Alberni Valley Bulldogs and the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL, colour commentator Bruce MacDonald made a racist remark towards Bulldogs player Owen Kim.

The Alberni Valley Bulldogs acted quickly on the situation and immediately took MacDonald out of the broadcast booth. Of course, he was fired and banned from working a game for any team in the BCHL in the future.
