The Florida Panthers and Tampa Bay Lightning were in a heavy-weight Atlantic Division showdown on Sunday night. The end result was an 8-4 high-scoring affair favouring the Lightning.
The Panthers have comfortably locked up the Atlantic Division with 120 points already, but they're still vowing for a President's Trophy, sitting just four points ahead of the Colorado Avalanche.
The highlight of the night was a beautiful short-handed goal by Lightning forward Nick Paul. Paul was acquired from the Ottawa Senators at the NHL Trade Deadline for this exact reason, killing penalties and depth scoring.
