McAvoy drops the gloves to complete Gordie Howe Hat-Trick

Five years ago today, Charlie McAvoy recorded his first ''Gordie Howe Hat-Trick'' against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Boston Bruins hosted the Blue Jackets on December 18th, 2017, when the rookie defenseman achieved this feat. He scored in the second period, fought Pierre-Luc Dubois and assisted on Danton Heinen's goal in the third for the famous trio.
