One Bruins player that is severely underrated
Several players around the league are either overrated or underrated, while the majority are usually rated quite fairly.
One NHL player that is severely underrated is from the Boston Bruins.
Not only is his skill underrated but he may have a top-three contract in the league.
Per Dom Luszczyszyn of The Athletic:

Dom had Charlie McAvoy ranked as the second best contract in the NHL behind only Cale Makar of the Colorado Avalanche.

At $9.5 million the expectation was 2.1 wins per season, a mark McAvoy had easily eclipsed in his previous two seasons.
