Notable player agent Allan Walsh has been openly critical of NHL commissioner Gary Bettman over the years.
His most recent outburst happened after Walsh the New York Islanders acquired Bo Horvat from the Vancouver Canucks on Monday. As he went into detail about a Bettman rule that's forcing teams to make controversial decisions with star players.
Walsh shared the following statement to his Twitter on Monday evening:
''As I've said many times, one of the many flaws in Gary's beloved triple-cap hard cap system is that it forces teams to trade star players because of the lack of cap space that they would never consider trading if there was a soft cap with luxury tax and meaningful revenue sharing.''
By the sounds of things, Allan Walsh would have the league running smoothly if he was the commissioner of the NHL.
