Popular TSN host Darren Dutchyshen unexpectedly passed away
Terrible news has struck the hockey community this morning as it was reported that long-time TSN host Darren Dutchyshen has passed away at the age of 57.
TSN made the announcement this morning along with a touching message to go with it.
TSN is mourning the loss of our friend and beloved SportsCentre host Darren Dutchyshen.
Back in 2021 Dutchyshen came out and stated that he was battling prostate cancer, and was getting treatment for it. He decided it was best to take a year off to fight the cancer and ended up making his return in 2022.
Sadly he did not win his fight against cancer, and our condolences are with his family who are going through a tough time.
