Scary scene tonight in Nashville, as Predators defenseman Mark Borowiecki had to be stretchered off the ice after an incident behind the net.
As per Predators reporter Emma Lingan:
''#Preds Mark Borowiecki is being stretchered off the ice after lying motionless on the ice for several minutes following a collision with the boards behind the Flyers net''
Philadelphia Flyers forward Morgan Frost appears to catch Borowiecki with a rather harmless hit, but the defenseman immediately went down.
Absolutely no intent from Frost, but still scary to see this kind of stuff.
Predators teammates gathered around Borowiecki for support as he was stretchered off.
