Boston Bruins defenseman Connor Clifton has stepped up big this season with the absence of right-handers Charlie McAvoy and now Brandon Carlo.
Standing at 5-foot-11-inches and weighing 190 pounds, the ''undersized'' defenseman has most notably been incredible physically. Point in case, his big hit on Minnesota Wild forward Frederick Gaudreau in today's game:
