It happened during the Buffalo Sabres and Vegas Golden Knights game when forward Keegan Kolesar threw a hard check on defenseman Ilya Lyubuskin.
Kolesar catches the Sabres dman a little from behind when he turns, and it sends him into a front flip somehow. See below:
