Recent 4th overall pick Shane Wright made the Seattle Kraken out of training camp but it's been rollercoaster for the youngster since.

After being healthy scratched several times, the Kraken assigned him to the AHL where he recorded 4 goals in five games.

He then returned to Seattle for one game, and scored his first NHL goal against the Montreal Canadiens. Before being sent to captain Team Canada at the World Juniors.

Now, after winning gold Thursday night, it's reported that Wright will not return to the NHL - or AHL for that matter - but back to the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL.

Not only that, but it's believed he will be traded to another very shortly. As per Chris Johnston of TSN:

''The #SeaKraken have sent Shane Wright back to OHL Kingston. The expectation is he'll be traded to another OHL team for the remainder of the season.''

With only eight games with Seattle this season, the Kraken also won't have to burn off the first year of his entry level contract.

If Wright plays with Kingston and gets traded, that would be his 4th and 5th different teams he's played on just this season.
