The Edmonton Oilers saw their own player Evander Kane get suspended one game for a dangerous hit on Colorado Avalanche's Nazem Kadri in game three.
Now Oilers fans are asking if two separate incidents on their players in last night's game four will get looked at by NHL Player Safety.
One of them was a hit by captain Gabriel Landeskog who appears to shove Zack Kassian from behind from a dangerous distance away from the boards:
In real-time, it looks like a dirty play, but when slowed down, it almost seems like Kassian loses his balance a bit as well. Landeskog was given a two-minute minor for holding on the play.
The second one was a hit by Nathan MacKinnon on Zach Hyman in open-ice. This one appears to be more vicious as MacKinnon extends his leg and catches Hyman with a knee-on-knee:
MacKinnon was given a two-minute minor for tripping by the officials during the game.
What are your thoughts?
