It seems like every season the Arizona Coyotes are near or at the top of the NHL draft board.
Recent high picks that stand out include Dylan Guenther, Barrett Hayden, Jakob Chychrun, Clayton Keller, Dylan Strome and Max Domi.
None have been able to change the franchise around as of now.
At the 2022 draft they picked third overall (highest since Strome at #3 in 2015) and with the pick they selected:
