Matthew Tkachuk has turned into one of the best agitators in the NHL, but he's had a reputation for only going after other players' stars and backing down when the tough guys come around.
And that's exactly what he did last night against the Boston Bruins. During a scrum in front of the Bruin net, Tkachuk targeted Patrice Bergeron and attempted to nag him into doing something while getting in a free shot or two.
Later in the game, after Bruins defenseman Dan Renouf caught a Panthers player with close to a knee-on-knee hit, Tkachuk took exception. However, when Nick Foligno and Renouf fought back, he decided to go after Tomas Nosek instead.
