Top goalies by division: Which has the best?

As the Tampa Bay Lightning and Andrei Vasilevskiy proved, goaltending can be crucial to winning the Stanley Cup.
Igor Shesterkin took it a step further and proved that a goalie can almost carry even a young, somewhat underdog team into the playoffs and all the way to the Conference Finals. However, the Colorado Avalanche defied all that logic and went on a historic run to capture the Stanley Cup with subpar goaltending but a juggernaut of a team in front of him.
Judging by @thehockeyopinion's recent post on Instagram, it's clear that most good teams have good goalies but so do some not-so-good teams.
So, does a good goalie make a team better, or does a good team make a goalie better? It can really go both ways.
