Top free agent Vincent Trocheck has chosen his next home, and he's going to be there for a long time!
The Atheltic's Arthur Staple was the first to break the news and contract details:
Seven years at only $5.625 million seems to be a very cheap contract for the top-six centre that would have had a lot of interest in the market.
Trocheck recorded 21 goals and 30 assists in 81 games last season. He has appeared in 555 NHL games and has collected 150 goals and 228 assists for a total of 378 points.
