In game 2 of the Stanley Cup Final, the rough stuff between the Panthers and Knights continued.

In a dirty first game, where even the Vegas Golden Knights goalie got into the mix. Sparks continue to flair between Adin Hill and Panthers' Matthew Tkachuk.

On an ensuing play, Matthew Tkachuk is taken out of the equation due to the Knights goalie.

After an offensive zone scoring chance for the Panthers, Vegas defensemen Brayden McNabb cross-checks Matthew Tkachuk into the Knights net (which goes uncalled). After the hit from behind, Tkachuk, is harassed by the Knights goaltender. Who gives the Panthers forward a couple shots, then takes a big hack at Tkachuk with the paddle of his stick.

There is no arguing that Matthew Tkachuk may have stirred the pot, by trying to push Hill in order to get out of the net or giving him a shot back. But that was only due to the fact that Adin Hill had boxed him into the net, which started the altercation first. Now, this all goes uncalled right infront of a referee who lets play continue. In turn; resulting in the Vegas Golden Knights to score and go up two to none.

The play should have been stopped, as either Adin Hill or both participants should have been given a roughing, slashing, or whatever penalty as seen fit. For that whole play to go uncalled is outrageous, especially right in front of the referee.
