Following Team Canada's win against Team Finland to punch their ticket to the finals vs Team USA and get the rematch everyone is looking forward too, Team Canada's top defenseman Cale Makar made some comments regarding Boston Bruins Brad Marchand that has sparked some trade rumours.
Brad Marchand and Team Canada got some major news right before their game against Team Finland as NHL insider Elliotte Friedman revealed that Cale Makar was returning to the lineup for their do-or-die game.

Cale Makar Sparks Trade Rumours With Comments Regarding Brad Marchand
Makar was asked what it's been like playing with Brad Marchand at the 4 Nations and he said that he loved playing with him and having him in the room, take a look:
«He's awesome. I love his character. He's great around the room-he keeps it light and then he also knows what to say at a certain time. He's definitely a leader and the B's got a good one»
This season Brad Marchand has been involved in a bunch of trade rumours, with one team he has been linked to being the Colorado Avalanche.
After seeing these comments, Bruins insider Jimmy Murphy stated that the Colorado Avalanche has expressed some interest in Marchand, but doesn't believe it's going to happen.
Another factor is that Nathan MacKinnon is also from Nova Scotia and is good friends with Brad Marchand which could play a part in the Avalanche being interested in him.
However, after I confirmed last week for @TheRGMedia that the #GoAvsGo have expressed interest in Marchand, it's worth noting how much #GoAvsGo defenseman Cale Makar loves playing with him.
