There are a few Bruins right now that are competing for a roster spot. One of them is Danton Heinen.
Heinen mentioned how important it is to him to wear the Bruins sweater, and just make the team in general.
«You put pressure on yourself because you wanna be part of it so badly. I've put this jersey on before. I know how special it is.»
Heinen, 28, was on the Bruins for the first four years of his career. In those four years, he had 103 points in 212 games. Heinen spent last year on the Pittsburgh Penguins and had 8 goals and 14 assists, tallying up to 22 points in 65 games.
It'll be interesting to see if the former Bruin makes the team.
