The Boston Bruins were looking for a massive bounce back game after being outscored 13-2 in their first two games of their five game West Coast road trip and they did just that.
The Bruins exploded and dominated the whole game especially David Pastrnak who would end up having a four point night. The Boston Bruins would end up beating the Vancouver Canucks 5-1.
Every time Boston Bruins captain would touch the puck last night against the Vancouver Canucks, the fans would let him hear it by booing him.
Just five minutes into the game Brad Marchand would shut them up by scoring a goal on the power play.
During the first period Tyler Myers took a cross-checking penalty, and even though the Boston Bruins have the worst power play percentage in the league, they ended up finding a way to score.
Following the goal, Brad Marchand did the "I can't hear you" celebration to the Canucks fans. Going down the bench to give fist bumps to his teammates after scoring as well he did it the whole way.
Take a look:
This has to be one of the greatest responses to being booed, and who better then the "rat" himself.
The Bruins had four opportunities to score on the power play but were only able to capitalize on one of them, but at least they were able to score one considering how their power play has been.
