For a big part of the season this year, Taylor Hall's name has been involved in quite a bit of trade rumours, and as the NHL trade deadline approaches there have been more conversations about his availability.
There have been rumours that Taylor Hall may be interested in reuniting with a former team, and according to a Edmonton-based scribe, they think the Oilers could reunite with the former player.
Taylor Hall was brought into the Blackhawks organization as veteran leadership, but things have not gone well for Hall during his time with the organization. Hall has stated that he isn't sure if the team wants to keep him around long-term, and he had communication issues with former head coach Luke Richardson.
With Chicago rebuilding, and Taylor Hall's contract set to expire, the team is going to move him at the deadline, whether it be to the Oilers or a different contender who is interested in him. Kurt Leavins believes that if the Oilers don't acquire him this year they will try to in the off-season.
