Former Boston Bruins head coach Don Cherry made a post as well, but it caused some controversy among the hockey community.
In his holiday post, he referenced "you people" which is something he stated back in his Hockey Night in Canada days that ended up leading to him being fired from his position.
Don Cherry has not backed down since being fired five years ago, and his fan base and community have continued to back him up.
Many fans around the hockey community let Cherry know how they feel about this, but there was a bunch of mixed reactions to his comment on his social media post.
