Interesting scene causes stir on the web involving Jeremy Swayman
Boston Bruins goalie Jeremy Swayman is getting a lot of attention lately, and it's all thanks to his incredible celebration after the team's big win against the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7. The Bruins had a tough time in the series, nearly losing it after being up 3-1 against the Leafs. But thanks to Swayman's amazing performance, they made it through to the next round.
Swayman has been a key player for the Bruins, making some fantastic saves throughout the series. In the first round against the Leafs, he went 4-2 with a 1.49 goals against average and an impressive .950 save percentage. Without him, the Bruins might not have made it past the Leafs.
After a tough loss in Game 6, Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery called out David Pastrnak, telling him he needed to "step up." And in Game 7, Pastrnak did just that. He scored the game-winning goal in overtime, sealing the victory for the Bruins and sending them to the second round of the playoffs.
