Toronto Maple Leafs Head Coach Takes A Shot At Brad Marchand
Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Sheldon Keefe expressed his dissatisfaction with the lack of a physical response from his team following Brad Marchand's incident with Timothy Liljegren on Thursday night.
Marchand's questionable play, in which he took out Liljegren's feet, went without a significant retaliation from the Leafs. Keefe bluntly stated,
"I hated everything about it."
This comment underscores the intensity of the rivalry between the Maple Leafs and the Boston Bruins and suggests that Keefe expects his team to respond more assertively in such situations in the future.
