Jim Montgomery is off to a terrific start in his first season as head coach of the Boston Bruins. Through the first ten games of the 2022-23 season, his club is 9-1-0, and several of those wins came without crucial players.
Now, Bruins fans get an inside look at what Montgomery said to the team to inspire them to their hot start, and one line, in particular, stands out:
Of course, Montgomery is referencing to the Bruins starting the season without key players like Charlie McAvoy, Brad Marchand and Matthew Grzelcyk.
