Top unrestricted free agent, Nazem Kadri, has finally made the decision on where his next home will be!

Shayna from The Athletic was the first to report the news of a new deal happening:

There's no report on what the value of the contract is as of yet, but once Elliotte Friedman reports, it's all but about to be officially announced. TSN's Darren Dreger broke the news on the term:
''Kadri deal to the Flames is being finalized. 7 year deal is believed to be the term.''

The Calgary Flames went from losing Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Tkachuk to adding Jonathan Huberdeau, MacKenzie Weeger and Nazem Kadri. What a turn of events!
Battle of Alberta and NHL fans will now get five meetings of Nazem Kadri versus Evander Kane per season!
The deal is now official, seven-year, $49 million ($7 million AAV)
