After the Boston Bruins got shut out by the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday, head coach Bruce Cassidy made it clear he wasn't happy.

He spent the next couple of days calling out Charlie Coyle, Nick Ritchie and Jake DeBrusk.

It even resulted with DeBrusk being a healthy scratch last night against those same Penguins.

However after last night's 3-1 win, Cassidy was in a better mode and had some praise.

Cassidy was full of praise for the work his defensemen put in last night helping the offense.

"We talked about their neutral zone forecheck, there is a little bit of room in the middle of the ice," said Cassidy. "Good for Charlie to make it [on Krejci's goal], and he made it a couple of other times where we got some good looks off the rush. Then Krech just used his skillHall, same thing.

"Sometimes you've got to beat guys 1-on-1 in this league, pick your spots - when to do it, when's the appropriate time. They both did and finished real wellMarchy did for the second goal and Hall for the third. Kudos to them."

What do you think of Cassidy's comments?
