The Boston Bruins could be in the trade market for a winger come trade deadline day.
We've heard a couple of names thrown around including Thomas Vanek of the Vancouver Canucks and Mike Hoffman of the Ottawa Senators, but now a new name comes from the Western Conference.
Jim Matheson of the Edmonton Journal reports that the Bruins are looking at Edmonton Oilers forward Patrick Maroon.
The Oilers forward is set to be UFA after this season and is expected to be shipped off at the deadline.
Matheson also mentions the St. Louis Blues and Anaheim Ducks as teams looking at Maroon.
The 29 year old, 6'3", 22lb forward has 13 goals so far this season in 48 games after scoring 27 goals in 81 games last season.
Do you think Maroon could be a productive edition to the B's roster?
