The Boston Bruins are just a couple of points out of a Wild Card spot and in a pretty solid position considering they've played some of the least amount of games in the EasternConference.

The team does have some holes though if they're planning on making a serious playoff run.

Questions in the top six, second line center and the blueline are all on the list of general manager Don Sweeney to address.

Sweeney has never been shy to pull the trigger on a trade and he's trying to figure stuff out right now.

The GM admitted he's been working the phones, but the COVID concerns have it hard to pull something off at the moment.

"I mean, we're still continuing to talk but you can imagine the entire league is a little bit handcuffed and we have the roster freeze coming up," said Boston Bruins GM Don Sweeney via Zoom at the end of last week. "So that's probably going to put us in a situation where things aren't communication can continue but you can't really do anything until you come out of it. And obviously we're reacting to where our team is going to be coming out of the break and trying to prepare for that and then seeing who's going to be healthy and recovered."

The Bruins announced that they lost defenseman Jakub Zboril for the season after surgery.

Do you think the blueline should be Sweeney's top area of concern?
