An NHL insider revealed to the hockey community where Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau were coming from the night they were hit and killed on their bikes.
Everyday that passes since the accident, more and more information keeps coming out on the death of the Gaudreau brothers, and it keeps getter sadder.
Thursday night there were rumours going around about Johnny Gaudreau and Matthew Gaudreau, but everyone prayed that they weren't true. Friday morning came around and the Columbus Blue Jackets and the NHL confirmed that both Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau did pass away, and confirmed the rumours that were swirling around on Thursday were actually true sadly.
John Buccigross reported today that the Gaudreau brothers decided to bike home from their sisters wedding rehearsal. The wedding was planned for Friday, but of course their sister had canceled it.
The day that was supposed to be Katie Gaudreau's best day of her life, will always be a nightmare for her heading forward. We can't imagine what she is going through and our prayers are with the Gaudreau family.
