Boston Bruins defenseman Brandon Carlo left the game on October 15th against the Arizona Coyotes with an upper-body injury. The injury came on a hit from Coyotes forward Liam O'Brien in the first period, and Carlo hasn't played since.
Yesterday, Carlo confirmed that he had suffered yet another concussion (fifth documented since 2017) but that he was feeling much better.
And surprisingly, head coach Jim Montgomery made the major announcement that Carlo will be returning to action tonight against the Dallas Stars, only missing four games.
Let's hope that Carlo isn't returning too soon! Head injuries are especially something you don't want to take lightly.
