Injury news came from the morning practice, specifically defenseman Charlie McAvoy and forward David Krejci.
Some of the news was good, and some of it, not so much.
As per Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic:
Massive news for the Bruins that McAvoy is skating in a regular jersey for the first time since off-season shoulder surgery.
It's another big step toward his late-November return, and there's no doubt he's getting closer.
However, it's discouraging to hear that Krejci was not a participant during the full team practice, but he did skate with Mike Reilly beforehand.
The veteran left last Thursday's game against the Detroit Red Wings in the second period with an ''upper-body'' injury and did not return.
The specifics of the injury have not been released, with rumours of it either being shoulder or wrist.
