The Boston Bruins are bringing the body early in game six against the Carolina Hurricanes!
First, it was David Pastrnak just over a minute into the game with a big hit along the boards on Teuvo Teravainen. Then, it was Charlie McAvoy who caught Hurricanes' star Sebastian Aho with a massive open-ice hit in front of the Bruins' goaltender Jeremy Swayman.
Watch it here:
The hit came right after Jake Debrusk gave the puck away at the Carolina blueline giving the Hurricanes a two on one. Hampus Lindholm made a perfect block on the pass across on the odd-man rush, then back checker McAvoy and Aho are involved in a huge collision.
The hit was maybe a little accidental but, nonetheless, a massive hit by the Bruins' top defenseman.
